About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Delacombe. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early education in a fresh, innovative setting where every day is an opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a curriculum that combines play-based and intentional teaching to foster a lifelong love of learning in children.
  • Collaborate with the educational team and centre management to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.
  • Support the development of child-led programs that respect the individuality of every child.
  • Provide guidance and training to support children's behaviors.

About You
  • Hold an Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
