Job Title:

Key responsibilities for this position include running a workshop with a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring production meets deadlines and maintaining equipment in collaboration with the asset management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a workshop with a team of trades
  • Collaborate with Production Administration and Engineering teams to meet production targets
  • Conduct regular toolbox meetings to communicate planning and team direction
  • Guarantee all items are fabricated correctly and adhere to QA procedures
  • Prepare job packs for the fabrication department
  • Mentor, train and supervise production staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift operator certification
  • Relevant qualification in metal fabrication or boiler making
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Positive attitude and desire to develop career
