Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a workshop team, ensuring efficient production processes and meeting deadlines. They will work closely with the Production Administration and Engineering teams to drive production forward.


Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and coordinate the workshop operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • To lead the team and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • To maintain equipment and undertake repairs as necessary, in collaboration with the asset management team.
  • To oversee the fabrication process, ensuring that all items are manufactured correctly and meet the required quality standards.
  • To prepare job packs for the fabrication department and mentor, train and supervise production staff.

Skill Requirements
  • Detailed focus and process-driven approach.
  • Able to read technical drawings.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and forklift operator qualification.
  • Holding a metal fabrication or boiler maker qualification, or other relevant certification.
  • A commitment to safe working practices.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and career development.
