About This Opportunity

As a key player in our rapidly expanding business, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our F45 studio. We are passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.

We encourage autonomy and empower our team leaders to develop innovative strategies for growth and improvement. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our studio operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, maintaining high standards of service delivery and member satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase membership and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

To succeed in this dynamic role, you will need:

  • 1+ year's experience in a leadership position, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and staff
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
