We are looking for a passionate and dynamic F45 Trainer to join our team. As an F45 Trainer, you will be responsible for leading and instructing F45 group training classes, motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals, and ensuring they have a fun and engaging workout experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality F45 group training classes according to the F45 program and philosophy
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and motivation
- Assess and track clients' progress and provide appropriate feedback and advice to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate clients' individual fitness levels and abilities
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Assist with studio operations, including member check-ins, equipment maintenance, and class scheduling
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest F45 training techniques and programming

**Requirements**:

- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness)
- Previous experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably F45 or HIIT training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and motivational approach to coaching clients
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and welcoming studio environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Part-time hours: 10-38 per week

**Salary**: $29.28 - $33.58 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

- Penalty rates
