Job Summary

The role of Senior Graphic Designer involves leading concept development and creative direction for seasonal campaigns, crafting engaging digital and print assets, collaborating on visual merchandising and branded collateral, managing external design consultants, supporting digital content creation, and ensuring all creative output meets brand standards.

This is a critical position that requires a high level of creativity, innovation, and quality in all work products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in retail or agency environments, and expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Create visually appealing digital and print materials, including signage, social media graphics, brochures, websites, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual merchandising and branding strategies.
  • Manage external design consultants to supplement internal resources and deliver high-quality work.
  • Support the development of digital content across video, photography, and web platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in retail or agency environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for pushing creative boundaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a strong portfolio showcasing creative flair and versatility.
