Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies for financial reporting of sustainability matters
  • Support timely and accurate analysis to drive insight that enables internal and external customers to make informed decisions
  • Implement Group-wide financial reporting policies for sustainability-related financial reporting
  • Apply an understanding of the business context, BHP Operating System (BOS) and ways of working to enhance decision-making, productivity and value chain performance
  • Influence outcomes through engagement with, and leveraging of capabilities of, an extensive array of stakeholders across the entire organisation

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance and sustainability reporting, with experience in a large global organization. You will possess excellent judgement and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
