Client Service Consultant Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across a range of financial products and services.

You will work closely with financial advisors to deliver financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve utilizing advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone calls.

  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors to enhance product knowledge and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex client issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in wealth management or related fields
  • Proven accuracy and typing skills
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve complex client issues
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to be empathetic and resolve queries in a timely manner
