The role of a support worker is to provide assistance and care to clients with mental health disabilities. The primary responsibility of the support worker is to ensure the well-being and safety of the clients.
Key tasks include assisting clients with personal care, medication administration, community access, and supporting clients with complex needs.
Qualifications and Requirements- Professional Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Community Services
- Relevant work experience supporting individuals with mental health disabilities
- Valid working rights within Australia
- Up-to-date flu vaccination
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- Current Work with Children Check
- Australian driver's license and car insurance
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
