This position involves driving revenue expansion by delivering solutions that enhance customer loyalty.
About the Position:This role redefines partnerships in the retail pharmacy segment and positions us as a trusted partner in the health and medical industry.
You will manage and grow relationships with small to medium-sized strategic key accounts and banner groups in the pharmacy sector, focusing on sustainable, long-term growth.
This includes identifying opportunities within your territory, delivering training and educational workshops, and implementing tailored sales strategies to exceed targets.
By cultivating new opportunities and deepening existing relationships, you will ensure proposals, contracts, and pricing align with our financial strategy while creating value for customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow small–medium strategic accounts and banner groups.
- Identify stakeholders, map sales processes, and uncover new opportunities aligned with our financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning us as a trusted partner and increasing advocacy.
- Leverage CRM and Power BI to drive decisions, track performance, and meet call plan KPIs.
- Create compelling business cases with clinical and financial benefits, negotiate contracts, and position products effectively.
- Collaborate with Pharmabroker, sales managers, and marketing to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

- A proven track record of delivering sustainable sales and account growth, particularly in retail pharmacy.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, tenders, and business agreements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with IQVIA and Power BI a plus.
- Leadership skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- A valid driver's license, own car, and flexibility to travel.
