We are seeking a Personal Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Personal Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of our residents are met.

You will work closely with the Registered Nurse to implement clinical and care interventions as documented in the resident's plan of care.

  • Support residents to live the life they choose, allowing them to exercise choice and independence.
  • Contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, through assessment and observation.
About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Ability to engage with residents and experience in dementia support.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads.
