Job Title: Retail Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retail Assurance Specialist to support our retail site operations by executing the Retail Assurance Program. This program aims to ensure compliance with internal and legislative policy, manage risks across our business, and drive operational improvements in the Retail business.

The successful candidate will conduct site audits to determine the level of compliance and provide operational feedback and actions through detailed audits and reporting. They will also create regular reporting on store performance and identify trends and insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site audits to determine the level of compliance
  • Providing operational feedback and actions through detailed audits and reporting
  • Creating regular reporting on store performance and identifying trends and insights
  • Building effective relationships with store teams, managers, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity, detailed knowledge of First Line Assurance, and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience in store-level operations, strong business acumen, and a working knowledge of retail IT systems.
