- Executing due diligence and continuous risk oversight on licensees and advisers
- Performing quality assurance on internal functions to ensure adherence to standards
- Contributing to the development of risk and quality indicators
- Driving continuous improvement of our assurance practices to reduce inefficiencies
- You'll be a strategic partner, providing insights that enhance service quality and support our commitment to member outcomes.

We are looking for someone with a background in risk, compliance, assurance, or audit, with experience managing financial advice/superannuation assurance or audit programs.

You should have a strong understanding of various financial advice business models, fee structures, advice strategies, and products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in developing and implementing assurance testing procedures

UniSuper is proud of our culture and benefits, which empower our people to achieve their full potential, thrive, and grow their career with us. These include:

- 3 days over Christmas and 3 days 'Community, Culture & Wellbeing' leave
- Access to amazing lunch & learn sessions with both internal and external experts
- $1,500 personal development budget
