Senior Civil Design Specialist

We are seeking talented Civil Engineers to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative solutions for various civil engineering projects.
]Key Responsibilities:- Apply engineering principles and scientific methods to solve complex problems related to solid waste management and environmental issues.
- Design and develop construction plans using 2D and 3D AutoCAD drafting software.
- Create detailed engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and permit applications.
- Makes decisions independently on engineering or scientific problems and plan work.
- Field work involves varied terrain and weather conditions.
- Office tasks include AutoCAD drafting, mathematical calculations, report writing, creating site plans and facility diagrams, permit applications etc.
- Business development including proposal preparation, meeting with clients, and attending industry conferences/trade shows.
- Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans or projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering required.
- Minimum of 4 years of civil engineering design experience required. Solid waste related experience is a plus.
- E.I.T. required, P.E. preferred.
- Experience with using AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
