Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced dental ceramist/digital dental technician to lead our crown and bridge department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/CAM design, ceramic artistry, and dental materials.

  • CAD/CAM Design: The successful applicant will be responsible for designing dental prosthetics on CAD/CAM software.
  • Dental Materials Knowledge: They will be familiar with various materials, including zirconia, e.max, and PFM metal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digitally design dental prosthetics on CAD/CAM software.
  2. Scan and design models on CAD/CAM software and 3D print working models.
  3. Operate milling machinery and 3D printers.
  4. Fabricate crown and bridge restorations with a focus on anterior work.
  5. Fitting, laminating, and fine finish zirconia, e.max, and PFM metal restorations.
  6. Assist in the fabrication of surgical guides and other dental appliances.
  7. Work with implant systems and order dental implant components as needed.
  8. Replicate soft tissue and full arch restorations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of dental materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
