We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team and coordinate various programs including the Polaris Entrepreneurship Program (The PEP) and the Polaris Business Fundamentals Program.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, outstanding communication and customer service skills with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

In addition, they will be proficient in Microsoft 365, able to learn internal systems and external platforms, and have a diploma in Project Management, Business, Economics or higher.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program activities, including matching business owners to mentors and allocating specialist consultants.
  • Assess client needs and collect, evaluate, collate and report on participation, outcomes and impact data.
Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
