About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to adults. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with mature-aged individuals and those with varying disabilities to promote independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and educate clients, caregivers, and families on strategies to maximize independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility.
- Demonstrated experience working as an OT, preferably in a similar clinical setting.
- Sound knowledge of OT principles, techniques, and best practices.
