Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to drive our company's strategy by ensuring technical excellence and innovation within the squad.


This role involves leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions—particularly leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ—to enhance and customize our CRM to support commercial operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers to establish technical requirements and steer the technical direction of projects.
  • Set and continuously improve technical standards and development practices, in line with ITIL principles for technical operations.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in best practices and design software solutions for scalability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of Salesforce development with experience in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Ideally Holding Several Of The Following)
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
