Cruise Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cruise Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Sydney CBD office.

As a Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing full travel solutions to existing and new clients. Our client is an award-winning international cruise line that prioritizes environmental leadership in the global cruise sector.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding fares and ticketing services with expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus)
  • Hold a diploma-level qualification in the travel industry
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cruises and sales
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Showcase efficient time management skills, multitasking abilities, and a professional attitude

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members, receive ongoing training and development, and participate in exciting on-board inspections and familiarization trips.
