Job Description

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and work on various challenging projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, Content Federation Services, and Enterprise Records Manager. Additionally, they should be proficient in Java programming and have strong exposure to archival and retrieval processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure, design, and develop FileNet solutions with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
  • Work in a team environment with highly motivated technical experts to deliver high-visibility projects.
  • Adapt to fast-paced development models and participate in design meetings.
  • Develop Java/J2EE-based components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Key Skills:
  • Expert-level knowledge of IBM Filenet P8.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Junit, iBatis/Hibernate, and WebSphere.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodology.
