HVAC Service Technician Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC service technician leader to oversee our team's service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial central plant systems, chillers, and HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the execution of service and maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose complex system faults and troubleshoot technical issues with HVAC equipment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and building managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compile accurate and detailed reports, documentation, and compliance checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HVAC service technician leader working on commercial systems.
  • Strong background in central plant and chiller system service and maintenance.
  • Relevant trade qualifications in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning and current ARCtick licence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
