Business Cutover Lead Role Overview

This is a fantastic chance to take on a high-profile role and be part of the team responsible for overseeing the cutover of SAP solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Business Cutover Lead to operate in the oil & gas industry, with a proven track record of managing dress rehearsals and cutover of SAP solutions (minimum 2 projects, preferably S/4HANA).

The ideal candidate should have expertise in ensuring the identification and confirmation of required activities, as well as experience in working client-side facing off to a systems integration.

Liaising and coordinating with Third Party systems stakeholders is also essential for the successful execution of the project.

The Business Cutover Lead will drive the communication, coordination and management of cutover activities during Dress Rehearsals and Production Cutover, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.

This critical role involves leading and connecting all parties involved in the cutover activities, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cutover of SAP solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Manage dress rehearsals and cutover activities, driving effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Third Party systems stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions.
  • Ensure the appropriate reflection of required activities into the cutover plan, leveraging expertise in systems integration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing dress rehearsals and cutover of SAP solutions (preferably S/4HANA).
  • Proven track record of ensuring the identification and confirmation of required activities.
  • Expertise in working client-side facing off to a systems integration.
  • Familiarity with Third Party systems and their integration requirements.
