Career Opportunity: Technical Architect

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the strategic delivery of technology architecture strategy, including designing, refining and uplifting system architecture to meet customer expectations.

  • The role will provide critical capability in helping technology delivery teams understand how their program progress fits into the wider group view and on how to best structure Ab Initio technology solutions to stay future fit, compliant and best in market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to discover, analyze and document client business requirements, and translate into technical terms and drive team effort to design, build and manage technology solutions that solve business problems.
  • Designing solutions, and system and software architecture according to business strategies and architecture standards/processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and determine appropriate solutions based on business needs.
  • Resolve routine to moderately complex problems and issues in solution architectures; assess potential risks and determine solutions to these risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8-12 years of IT experience with technologies such as Ab Initio, SQL, Unix, Jenkins.
  • Good understanding of ETL frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in data warehousing and expertise in various Ab Initio tools.
  • Advanced SQL skills and ability to understand complex queries.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
