Sustainability Lead

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services seeks a Sustainability Lead to develop strategies for securing a sustainable volunteer workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop projects, policies, and initiatives to support volunteer sustainability
  • Recruit and retain volunteers through effective strategies
  • Support the development of volunteer capability and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Valid working visa covering the contract period

About the Role
