About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Deputy Boutique Manager to join our Brisbane Boutique. As a brand ambassador, you will support and assist the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties, driving sales and results, building collaborative working relationships, and maintaining exceptional store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales opportunities and develop potential clients
  • Drive sales and results, building collaborative working relationships with customers and team members
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Provide an unforgettable experience in store
  • Assist with coaching and training the retail team
  • Provide all team members with necessary tools to perform their job: training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogue, product assortments
  • Assist with VIP nights and corporate events
  • Assist with management reporting on financials and performance as required
  • Inspire the team to be in line with company and brand objectives
  • Achieve business targets, KPI's and goals through providing exceptional customer service
  • Implement a culture of coaching in the store
  • Support the Boutique Manager – performance management, motivation, training, recruitment and career development
  • Suggest incentive schemes which will motivate the team
About You

  • Possess a passion for retail, timepieces or jewellery
  • Good luxury sense and customer mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • The willingness to act as a brand ambassador
  • As a TAG Heuer Ambassador, you are passionate about new trends in lifestyle, arts, new technologies and sports
