Security Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security GRC Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving security governance, risk management, and compliance across the business.
You will work closely with senior leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure our frameworks and controls meet regulatory requirements and align with best practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage security frameworks, policies, and training (ISO 27001, NIST, AESCSF, COBIT)
- Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation strategies
- Ensure compliance, lead audits, and stay ahead of regulatory changes
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in cyber security GRC
- Deep knowledge of standards and regulations (ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS)
- Experience managing frameworks, audits, and regulatory interactions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex risk into simple business language
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
