The Conflicts Team is responsible for managing conflicts of interest and information barriers globally, working closely with Partners and staff to resolve complex issues.

  • Advising on the resolution of intricate legal and commercial conflicts, ensuring compliance with global regulations;
  • Reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in client agreements, including panel arrangements;

For success in this position, you will need:

  • Admission as a Solicitor in Australia or another jurisdiction where HSF Kramer operates;
  • 3+ years' post-admission experience, boasting excellent research, technical, and analytical skills;
  • A proactive approach, enabling adaptation to competing demands in a fast-paced environment;
  • A willingness to explore alternative career paths beyond traditional private practice;
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
