Key Roles and Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be involved in the preparation of high-quality accounting valuation reports and advice. They will undertake robust accounting valuation assessments based on the full range of valuation methodologies, researching and providing value-added insights into comparable companies and transactions, industry trends and market conditions.

They will also assist in the compilation of Independent Expert Reports (or Fairness opinions) and build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality accounting valuation reports and advice

  • Undertake robust accounting valuation assessments based on the full range of valuation methodologies

  • Research and provide value-added insights into comparable companies and transactions, industry trends and market conditions

  • Assist in the compilation of Independent Expert Reports (or Fairness opinions)

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, along with experience in accounting valuations gained within an accounting or investment firm setting.

Additionally, they must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, an autonomous working style, and a sense of ownership and pride in their work.

Conscientious individuals with a high degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and dedication to producing high-quality work are highly sought after.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance

  • Accounting valuations experience in an accounting or investment firm setting

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Autonomous working style and sense of ownership
