
Primary Care Nurse Specialist

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting. Your role involves assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programs to improve health and well-being.
- Perform spirometry (ARTP Registered) and interpret results.
- Administer and monitor medication according to protocols and legislation.
- Educate patients, families, and carers on self-management techniques.
- Prioritize health issues and intervene in complex situations.
Additional responsibilities include supporting clinical team members, monitoring practice safety, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to infection control guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current NMC registration
- Qualification in spirometry interpretation (ARTP registered)
- Experience in managing long-term conditions (Asthma/COPD)
