Emergency Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Wyong Hospital.
As part of our multidisciplinary unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in emergency or acute settings.
You will work collaboratively with a skilled team, including Clinical Nurse Consultants, Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, and allied health professionals.
The department operates under the guidance of a Nurse Manager and Medical Directors, fostering a cohesive and forward-thinking work environment focused on continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
This role offers flexible 12-hour shifts with both full-time and part-time options, allowing you to balance your lifestyle and career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care in emergency or acute settings.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, demonstrating an understanding of team nursing principles.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and patients, utilizing strong clinical communication skills and information technology.
- Holding current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Recent experience in emergency or acute care.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload under pressure.
