Senior Educator Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Director in management tasks, lead educators towards quality performance, and be responsible for the operation and management of the service in their absence.
About the Role:The Assistant Director will have the opportunity to showcase their expertise in the Early Childhood profession and work closely with the Director to achieve centre goals.
This is a great chance for an experienced Educator to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director in management tasks and support the development of centre policies and procedures.
- Lead educators towards quality performance in all aspects of childcare.
- Be responsible for the operation and management of the service in the absence of the Director.
- Diploma in Children's Services or Degree in Early Childhood Teaching as identified by Australian Children's Education and Care Authority.
- Working With Children Check verification number.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.
- DEC approved child protection training certificate.
- Above Award rate of pay and paid overtime.
- Fitness Passport, EAP and flu injections.

- $1,000 staff referral bonuses ($1,500 for eligible positions).
