Job Title: Cash Receipts Specialist

We are seeking a detail-focused and organized Cash Receipts Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow your career with a global leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage debtor collections and daily cash receipt processing
  • Resolve account queries with customers and sales teams, including credit limits and overdue accounts
  • Process credit applications and assess customer credit worthiness
  • Reconcile debtor accounts and general ledger monthly
  • Generate reports including cash forecasts, bad debt reviews, and held order reports
  • Maintain accurate records, issue invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements
  • Work across different accounting systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve AR processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in end-to-end accounts receivable, ideally in high-volume environments
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
  • Confident, curious, and proactive in resolving issues and following up
  • Resilient and well-organized, especially under pressure
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with suppliers
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Eligible rights to work in Australia
