Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking for a short-term opportunity? Join our reputable construction equipment company in Larapinta and play a vital role in managing our debtor portfolio.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable and debtor management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of customers, providing end-to-end accounts receivable and debt management services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Calling customers to collect outstanding debts as they fall due
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across sales, hire, service, and retail parts departments
- Managing collections, including making outbound calls and entering notes in BaseplanConducting daily follow-ups from collections calls

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or debtor management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience using Baseplan (preferred but not essential)Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with multiple departments
