Contaminated Land Specialist Role

We're seeking a professional with experience in contaminated land auditing, strategy, and regulatory guidance. The ideal candidate will have QLD or NSW accreditation and provide independent technical review across high-profile projects.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide statutory and non-statutory contaminated land auditing under QLD and/or NSW frameworks

  • Review and certify PSI reports, DSI reports, RAPs and validation reports

  • Advise clients, regulators, and project teams on compliance, strategy, and site outcomes

  • Support and mentor internal consultants and external stakeholders

  • Engage in technical leadership, peer review, and cross-disciplinary collaboration

  • Help shape our site assessment and remediation services nationally


Requirements

  • Current QLD and/or NSW Site Auditor accreditation (dual is ideal)

  • Strong track record across complex site assessments and remediation projects

  • Excellent understanding of NEPM, state guidelines, and legislative frameworks

  • Ability to balance independence with collaboration

  • A genuine interest in mentoring and lifting technical capability

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and client engagement skills
