We're on a mission to improve wellbeing by getting people outdoors. To do this, we need an exceptional Store Manager at Mandurah.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time role with a Sunday-Thursday roster. Your day-to-day tasks will include building a customer-led culture through sales, service, and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and leading a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to achieve set KPIs and sales targets
  • Working closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store's smooth operation
  • Representing the store and supporting the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning

You will have previous management experience in retail or customer service, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional store management. You can demonstrate your exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive outlook, along with your sound knowledge of retail requirements; POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional store management
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive outlook
  • Sound knowledge of retail requirements; POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation
