About This Opportunity


At Freedom, we're on the lookout for a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key player in ensuring our operations run smoothly, you'll be the go-to person for solving tech issues and providing exceptional support to our staff.


This role offers a chance to gain extensive knowledge across a wide range of systems and business applications, setting you up for future roles in IT management or specialisation. You'll work under a leader focused on developing and training their team, with implemented outsourced training to boost your skills.

Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver high-quality IT support to all internal users via phone, teams, and email.
  • Responsible for quick resolution of all IT support issues and requests.
  • Log and track all support issues and requests in our ticketing tool, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Respond to customer queries in line with defined SLAs, maintaining our high standards of service.
  • Provide after-hours support on a monthly rotation, ensuring our systems are always covered.
  • Satisfactory resolution of calls logged with the IT Service Desk.

Requirements



  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
  • Intermediate Office 365 experience to support our core productivity tools.
  • Experience supporting remote workers.
  • A heavy focus on customer service and a drive for continuous service improvement.
  • Infinity RMS experience is a plus, but not essential – we're happy to train the right person.
