**Maintenance Role Overview:**
We seek a skilled tradesperson to perform routine maintenance and repairs at our lodge. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, proficiency with various hand and power tools, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment and carry out basic repairs or preventative maintenance as needed.
- Maintain focus while working individually and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and present professionally.
- Utilize precision measuring devices as required.
Requirements:
- Previous trade experience essential (e.g., plumber, carpenter) or proven history of working in an eco-lodge environment.
- Water and Sewerage experience highly favorable.
- Current driver's license required.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to replace defective parts.
- Experience performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain concentration while working independently.
- Effective time management skills.
