Cloud Support Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a cloud support engineer in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for talented individuals who have a passion for open source development and a desire to work with innovative technologies.
Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  2. Work collaboratively with customers to resolve their problems and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Participate in a regular weekend working rotation to meet business needs.
  4. Contribute new knowledge base articles to share best practices and lessons learned with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Strong academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or relevant experience.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding results through initiative and drive.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, including Linux integration with other environments and advising on next steps.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language.
  • Extensive customer support experience, prioritizing customer needs and communicating professionally.
