Lead Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for guiding the design direction for PM Dresses portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis on local and international market trends to ensure innovative designs.
  • Develop strategic Design Briefs, trend storyboards, and colour palettes, participating in design meetings and workshops.
  • Provide creative leadership by identifying opportunities, advising on styling and finishes, and challenging product direction where required.
  • Define aesthetic direction in collaboration with the Design Manager, incorporating colour, fabric innovations, and business insights.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years Womenswear Design experience
  • Skilled in visualising design concepts (by hand and PC/MAC)
  • A strong knowledge in fabrics and raw materials
  • Creative talent and high attention to detail
