Workforce Planning and System Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning and System Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the implementation of our Deputy Time and Attendance solution across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop methodology to provide valuable insights into labour requirements, optimise productivity strategies, and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automated reporting and auditing solutions using data transformation skills/software.
  • Conduct regular audits on timesheet data to ensure award requirements are met and provide data to payroll for any uplifts in pay conditions.
  • Manage vendor relationships around additional Scope of Works through the implementation process.
  • Work with System Super Users to ensure quality and efficiency of the Time and Attendance solution.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel experience with data transformation software such as Power Query or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical approaches to support changes to enterprise agreements, streamline reporting processes, and continuously look for ways to improve.
  • Previous project management experience working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and drive change initiatives towards positive outcomes.
