Drive Growth and Success in a Wholesale Environment

We are seeking a Category Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role
  • Lead the development of selected customer categories through strategic category planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attend market meetings, present ranges to customers, coordinate buy sign-offs, place orders with international teams, recap follow-ups, etc.
  • Ensure consistent positioning and marketing requirements for collections sold for Footwear & Accessories, and deliver financial metrics (sales, gross margin, stock turns, and profits).
  • Report on all aspects of the Footwear & Accessories channel.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term brand plans aligned with the brand strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a related field within a wholesale environment, preferably with an international brand working across multiple categories.
  • Previous experience using business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Organizational skills, prioritization, follow-up, flexibility, and willingness to assist with ad-hoc requests.
