Job Opportunity:

Senior Contracts Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract negotiation and administration
  • Cost management and forecasting
  • Use of industry-leading costing software
  • Project coordination and support
  • Subcontractor management
  • Claim assessment and payment processing
  • Variation preparation and submission

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts administration
  • Construction-related tertiary qualification, preferably in construction management or engineering
  • Mid-tier contracting experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Jonas Premier or Jobpac costing software
  • Experience working on building and refurbishment projects in commercial construction
  • Desirable: experience working on government and community projects
