Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity involves working with our team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing research monitoring and quality assurance. As a Clinical Research Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of quality management systems, as well as leading regulatory compliance efforts.
Key responsibilities include coordinating audits, developing corrective action plans, and advising on research governance policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide recommendations on research quality, compliance, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A postgraduate or graduate qualification in a relevant field with significant experience in clinical research.
- Proven ability in people, project, and stakeholder management, with a strong track record in handling multiple priorities.
- Extensive experience with quality management systems, including policy development, training, and quality assurance monitoring.
