Skilled Civil Maintenance Tradesman Required

Carry out various civil duties at our facilities, conducting maintenance repairs and replacements, including paths, bitumen, concrete, minor brickwork, fences, gates, paving, landscaping, and structural supports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting maintenance repairs and replacements, including electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. You will also be responsible for repairs to associated buildings, including doors, windows, minor roof repairs, installation of roof and sewer vents, painting, and other tasks.

  • Conducting on-site maintenance repairs and replacements
  • Operating small plant equipment/machinery
  • Liaising with field maintenance staff, office staff, customers, and contractors
  • Calculating required quantities for ordering materials
  • Initiating and completing safety and permit documentation

The successful candidate will have a Trade Certificate in Civil Construction and relevant machine operator tickets. You will also need to adhere to WH&S regulations and corporate policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Trade Certificate - Civil Construction
  • Working at heights and Confined Space - or willing to obtain
  • Machine operator tickets
