About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Plastering Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering tasks, including wall patching, repairs, and installations.

This is a casual opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate and additional allowances. You will work on diverse and exciting projects, with a focus on quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plastering tasks, including wall patching, repairs, and installations.
  • Install suspended ceilings, partition walls, and bulkheads.
  • Carry out ornate and decorative cornice installations.
  • Repair and replace water-damaged plasterboard.
  • Create custom plaster features tailored to client specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Evaluate and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining.
  • Proven experience as a tradesman plasterer.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid NSW White Card.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to responsibly follow work safe policies and procedures.
