People Manager for ANZ Region

We are seeking a seasoned People Manager to join our team in the ANZ region. This role will involve partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives and ensure effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to support business objectives.
  • Partner with HR functional teams to deliver HR solutions and services.
  • Lead HR processes and programs related to talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze trends across each market to define action plans related to attraction, retention, and development of key talents.
  • Research, develop, and implement new or updated HR offerings, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experiences in environments that value excellence and drive high standards.
  • Robust working knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and business practices in ANZ.
  • Strengths in compensation and benefits, talent management, business partnering, and performance management.
  • Prior experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) or exposure to global business environments will be highly regarded.
