Your New Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager at one of our stores. Reporting to the Retail Business Leader, you will lead daily operations to support business growth objectives.
You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, staff rostering, and cost management. You will equip your team with the right training, tools, and resources to succeed in their roles and lead by example to inspire a high-performing team culture that prioritizes safety and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
About You
With 2+ years' retail experience, you have proven experience leading and coaching teams. You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and can confidently analyze financial data to deliver targets and support operational excellence.
You prioritize learning and development for yourself and your team to uplift capability and drive success. If you haven't already completed relevant qualifications (Cert III Retail or similar), you are willing to do so, as well as invest in ongoing learning opportunities.
