  • Providing valuable customer insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn new technology
  • Automotive parts knowledge and ability to interpret parts information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building business relationships over the phone
  • High computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
  • Personable, patient, and detail-oriented
