Senior Interface Professional

We are seeking an experienced and confident professional to act as a mediator between customers and development teams within the Rolling Stock sector.

This role involves interfacing with customers to organize technical meetings, clarify technical requirements, and report on key findings. It also involves working with remote project development teams to ensure expertise is available, coordinate deliverables, and monitor operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have operational knowledge of key stakeholders within the local Victorian industry, extensive experience in a similar position within Rolling Stock, and competency in understanding and translating engineering information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interface with customers to organise technical meetings and reviews
  • Coordinate contractual deliverables with remote project development teams

In this role, you will network within Alstom and throughout the customer base locally, leveraging best practices globally to enhance project outcomes and customer relations.

We are looking for a senior member of the team who can build relationships between customers and development teams, improve connectivity, and drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess strong relationship building and influencing skills, as well as the ability to understand and translate complex engineering information.
