We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic veterinary nurse to join our clinic team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greeting Clients and Pets: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Phone and Bookings Management: Manage phones, bookings, and client enquiries efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
  • Assisting Vets: Assist our vets in consults, surgery, and patient care, working collaboratively to provide top-notch care to our furry friends.
  • Medication Administration and Recovery Support: Administer medications and support recovery, playing a vital role in the healing process.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean, tidy, and well-stocked, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a vet clinic (reception, nursing, or both) is essential for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Great communication skills and a friendly attitude are crucial in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
  • Confidence Handling Animals and Clients: Confidence handling animals and speaking with clients is necessary for success in this role.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to stay calm, focused, and organized – even on busy days – is vital for delivering outstanding results.
